The data is HUGE, couldn't review yet. I've had issues downloading it to the external HDD, definitely need to go buy a new one to be able to run this. We need to find a way to split this, though that'll likely mean we host it ourselves?

Yes, we will definitely need to automate the download & split the source data by country or region. There are a few things like that that will need polish, it's just a draft MR at this point.
