Fwd: Your 2025 Open edX Con Talk: Action Items

FYI - if you haven't received this yet, those are the instructions for speakers at the Open edX conference this summer. Make sure to complete them before the deadline to be able to co-present this summer :) Also Marc I notice that your invitation in Sessionize is still pending, so I have resent another invite - make sure to accept it before it expires. : ) -- Xavier. Dear Speaker,
I'm writing in advance of the publishing of the Open edX conference talk schedule this week, with some to-do items:
1. Please purchase your conference ticket https://con.openedx.org/#con-registration by March 14, 2025 to finalize your speaking slot. After this date, we may replace your talk with a talk from a ticket holder. • *Note: *if your ticket is being purchased by your employer via conference sponsorship, or this is otherwise a hardship, please let us know as soon as possible. 2. Please fill out your speaker release form https://powerforms.docusign.net/78f4b3cc-90e0-4b7a-956b-cab6b618c421?env=na4&acct=8fa7dc2c-634a-4681-88a7-028bc0864684&accountId=8fa7dc2c-634a-4681-88a7-028bc0864684 by March 14th. This gives us permission to record and host your presentation on our YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/c/openedx. 3. If you have any co-presenters for your talk that are not listed on your Sessionize proposal, please ensure they also have a ticket and have filled out the speaker release form. 4. Finally, we're happy to share reviewer feedback on your talk proposal, if you wish! Simply reach out to Sarina and she'll share it with you.
Need to edit or update your talk title, description, or co-presenters? Visit your Sessionize speaker dashboard https://sessionize.com/app/speaker to access your talk(s)!
