Note that currently it's your @whitebox.aero email which are subscribed to the mailing list, so when you post with you personal email it holds the email for approval. It would be worth configuring your emails to send with @whitebox.aero for things related to the project. Google might ask you for a SMTP server - if you need one let me know.
