Tried to reproduce the issue Xavier reported but couldn't. Rebased after #290 was merged
I've started working on RPi's video streaming optimization a bit. To use additional `ffmpeg` stuff, we need to build it with additional flags, not sure if it makes sense to build the RPi hardware acceleration modules as well for the image to push, size increase is not significant
Wrote some test cases, will finish tomorrow
